This comprehensive service is the preferred choice for clients planning a large renovation, building a new custom home, or remodeling specific areas within their existing residence. We partner with you from the very beginning, collaborating closely with your architect and contractor, and acting as your advocate throughout the entire process to ensure your complete vision comes to life. From initial sketches to ordering furniture and styling accessories in your finished space, we guide you through the complex construction process with ease.

After gathering this project information from you, we hold an in-person or virtual project kickoff meeting to review the details together. Then, within 3 days, we prepare deliverables that apply to your project needs, such as a design board, shopping list, designer tips, and an actionable plan you can use to confidently implement the design on your own. After receiving your Design Toolkit, you'll have up to one week of support from our team to help answer any questions you may have as you implement the design plan we've created for you. Discovery Call
We'll have a quick introductory phone call to meet each other and make sure the project can be completed on time and within a budget we can both work with.

Design Development &
Interior Drawings
We document the technical details of the project, including interior architecture, elevations, an RCP, and more. These are also shared with the construction team for accurate work proposals and seamless implementation when construction begins.

Consultation
After signing the contract, we conduct an on-site consultation to assess the space, finalize the scope of work, and initiate creative ideas. We gather measurements, curate inspiration imagery, and collect a client questionnaire to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your vision.

Furniture Procurement, Construction Administration & Order Management
A day is set for all trades meet at the project to review design plans on site. Orders for furniture, finishes, and materials are placed and tracked. Our team completes regular site visits and sends you weekly project updates.

Conceptualization
We create a concept, build a model/floor plan and present a mood board, material selections, and design direction. YOU have the final approval before moving on.

Installation
& Final Reveal
When the space is clean and ready, we install your furniture, make beds, place accessories, and hang artwork & draperies to fully realize your vision. The final space is unveiled in a moment of excitement and anticipation, as we walk through the project together, seeing all the details come to life.
