PHASE 2:  Schematic Design + Field Measurements

  • Schematic/conceptual design conversation

  • Detailed survey, photos and dimensions of existing space

  • Floor plans of existing conditions produced

  • General finishes, materials, colors, furnishings and lighting

PHASE 3:  Design Development + Presentation

  • Re-work floor plan according to project goals

  • Develop detailed furniture plan (options provided, if necessary)

  • Specific finishes, materials, colors, furnishings and lighting (samples provided, if necessary)

  • Approval of final design

PHASE 4:  Design Implementation + Project Management


  • Purchasing and showroom visits

  • Furniture orders and installation

  • Coordination with contractors, painters and fabricators, if applicable and necessary

  • Accessory placement

  • Punch list and final walk-through
